  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • Your account will automatically convert to a free tier (if available) or be deactivated

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Trial Period Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our service during your first 14 days of subscription, you may request a full refund. To qualify:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of your initial subscription payment
  • This applies only to your first subscription with DrawdownAlerts
  • You must contact us through our support channels to request the refund

Service Failure Refunds

We may issue partial or full refunds if:

  • You experienced significant service interruptions or outages
  • Critical features were unavailable for an extended period
  • You were incorrectly charged or double-charged

Refund amounts for service failures will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the severity and duration of the issue.

Billing Error Refunds

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • After the 14-day trial period has ended (except for service failures or billing errors)
  • For subscription renewals that you did not cancel before the renewal date
  • If your account was terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • For partial billing periods (you will retain access through the end of the paid period)
  • Due to market performance, investment losses, or dissatisfaction with stock market conditions
  • If you simply changed your mind after the trial period
  • For failure to use the service or receive alerts due to incorrect contact information

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our support form and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date(s) of the charge(s) in question
  • Any relevant details about service issues (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Promotional and Discounted Subscriptions

For subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted rate:

  • Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the regular price
  • Promotional offers may have specific refund terms outlined at the time of purchase
  • The 14-day trial period still applies to discounted subscriptions

7. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You can cancel anytime during the free trial without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for a subscription
  • Charges made after a free trial ended are eligible for refund if requested within 14 days
